The latest, Autumn, issue of the Fulwood Methodist Magazine is now available online.
Please have a look at www.hawkhurst.f2s.com/fmcmag and then navigate to the new issue. There are various interesting articles in the magazine and one small, but particularly important, article about how the new Ofwat regulations about Water Rates will affect churches. This is at located here. Please have a look and then add your name at the petition link. Churches are being reclassified as business premises and not as charities. This proposal is being involked now and churches are starting to to receive very large bills, some over 1000% increase on previous, for waste water from car parks, etc.
There is another interesting article about Stephen Poxon’s visit to Tonga for the Coronation of their new King, as part of his President of the Methodist Conference duties.
